Mick Place

Co-Owner

Mick has lifelong experience in construction. From building concrete industrial domes, to building houses, to most modern roofing systems. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. After 20+ years in construction he has a sound knowledge of materials and methods of construction, the need for quality, being timely, and effective communication in the process. He enjoys time spent with his wife and three children. Among his favorite hobbies is working on various woodworking crafts and projects.

Will Wilczek

Estimator/Project Manager

Will has made Kentucky his home since 2000. His experience in the US Army has helped him develop the skills to complete projects effectively. His work experience in the construction industry has given him a solid knowledge of various construction products. He enjoys spending his spare time with his son and fiancé. They enjoy activities like hiking, kayaking, and taking road trip adventures.

Devon Fielding

Relationship Manager

Devon was raised in Louisville and returned in 2020 from Utah to help Front Runner Roofing expand our presence and further develop our personal relationships in the Louisville market. Prior to Front Runner, Devon’s career was primarily in the tech industry where he honed his skills in sales, team development, and managing business relationships. His passions include technology, spending time with family, and video games.
